Her assurance work involves providing increased confidence to stakeholders on ESG reporting disclosures and plays an important role in building trust around the robustness of the non-financial information disclosed in ESG reporting.

She has been with KPMG for the last 16 years and provided ESG assurance services to large banks and listed Companies in the UAE. Urooj also closely works with various NGOs in achieving SDG Goal 4: Education and supports the reduction of disparities and inequities in education, both in terms of access and quality.

She is also an advocate for inclusion, diversity and equity and supports the UAE Women Leadership pledge. She was recently awarded Most Supportive Women Leader in Finance for her role is empowering women and supporting them to accelerate in leadership position.

She worked with reputed organizations in the region and participated in organizational and board committees related to transformation Management and creating evolving working environments. She also worked with government, semi government, family businesses and multi-nationals.

With over seven years of experience as a seasoned Sustainability Consultant and Chemical Engineer in both public and private sectors, Viridiana's international career has seen her thrive in diverse work environments. This journey has equipped her with invaluable expertise from her work with consulting and energy firms, and a versatile and adaptable mindset that she brings to every challenge she encounters. Her deep-seated belief in the power of collective action drives her to help businesses transition towards sustainable models, with the conviction that everyone can contribute to a greener future.

With over a decade of dedicated experience, Yohaan has emerged as a seasoned expert in the field of Sustainability and ESG within the region. His expertise spans across diverse sectors including Built Environment, Infrastructure, Energy, and Metals, with a significant impact on some of the landmark projects in the United Arab Emirates. His commitment to sustainable practices is evident through his notable contributions as a founding member of the Embodied Carbon Working Group and Sustainable Water Program. In recognition of his outstanding contributions, he served as a Board Member of the Emirates Green Building Council and has driven critical discussions at forums such as COP 28, C40 Cities, Architecture 2030 and CIBSE. Currently, Yohaan is at the forefront of the ESG transformation at GEMS Education, demonstrating his commitment to embedding environmental, social, and governance principles into the core of educational practices and operations.

Sameera Fernandes is the Chief Sustainability Officer and a Board Member at Century Financial, where she spearheads sustainability initiatives and fosters innovation in ESG. She is also the Chairwoman of the Dubai Chambers Stockbrokers and Investment Services Business Group (DSIG), driving strategic advancements in the financial services sector. A renowned global educationist, Sameera has over 23 years of experience in the UAE and has played a pivotal role in promoting sustainable finance and responsible investments. Her expertise spans corporate leadership, sustainability strategies, and financial stewardship, making her a key influencer in shaping the future of sustainable business practices globally.

Aisha Nasser Saeed Amer Al Nuaimi serves as the Assistant Director of Administrative and Financial Affairs and the Head of the Medical Store Department at Fujairah Hospital. With over 22 years of experience, Aisha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences from Al Ain University, an Executive MBA from MBRSG, and several certifications, including NEBOSH and leadership training. She has been instrumental in improving administrative processes and implementing innovative health services at the hospital. Aisha is deeply committed to enhancing healthcare systems and has significantly contributed to numerous development projects to improve healthcare service delivery.
